Terms and conditions

Last updated October 2, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Supacite, the partnership of Kshetez Vinayak and Abhijay Vinayak, which operates supacite.com. They apply when you visit the site, create an account, connect an AI agent, or buy a plan. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. What Supacite is

Supacite is a web app and an MCP server for SEO and AI visibility. It helps you research what buyers ask, plan and write blog posts, publish them to your site, and track when AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini mention you and your competitors. You can use it in the dashboard or through an AI agent you connect, such as Claude Code, Cursor or Codex.

Supacite is in beta. Features may change, and some may not work as expected.

2. Your account

  • You sign in with your Google account. Give accurate information and keep your account secure.
  • If you use the app for a company, you accept these terms for that company and confirm you are allowed to.
  • You are responsible for what happens under your account, including actions taken by any AI agent you connect with one of your access tokens. Keep tokens secret, and revoke one in the app as soon as you no longer need it.

3. Plans and payment

  • Who sells it. Purchases are processed by Dodo Payments, which acts as the merchant of record. Dodo is the seller named on your receipt, charges any sales tax or VAT that applies, and its own buyer terms also apply to your purchase.
  • Prices. Prices are in US dollars and are the ones shown on the pricing page when you buy.
  • Monthly. The monthly plan renews automatically every month until you cancel. It includes the monthly allowances shown in the app and on the pricing page, such as articles and tracked questions. Allowances reset each billing period, and unused allowance does not roll over. When you reach a limit, the extra work stops. We never charge you automatically for more.
  • Beta price. While Supacite is in beta, the monthly plan may be sold below its regular price, and the pricing page shows the regular price. We will email you at least 30 days before any price change applies to your subscription, and you can cancel before it does.
  • Lifetime. Lifetime is one payment with no renewal. It gives you the Lifetime plan for as long as we operate Supacite. "Lifetime" means the life of the service, not of a person or a company. You bring your own API keys for writing and your own DataForSEO login for research and AI checks. Those providers bill you directly under their own terms, and we do not control what they charge. Any allowance of our hosted AI usage included with Lifetime is as described on the pricing page when you buy, has no cash value and cannot be transferred.
  • Founding price. The first Lifetime buyers may pay a lower founding price. Later buyers pay the price shown when they buy.

4. Cancelling and refunds

  • Monthly. Cancel any time from Manage billing in the app. You can cancel at the end of your billing period, and keep access until then, or cancel straight away, and lose access straight away. We do not refund the unused part of a billing period.
  • Lifetime. If Lifetime is not right for you, email us within 14 days of your purchase and we will refund it in full.
  • If we get it wrong. If we fail to provide what you paid for, email us and we will make it right, including a refund where that is fair.

Nothing in these terms takes away refund or cancellation rights that the law gives you.

5. Connected accounts and your keys

  • Google Search Console. When you connect it, we get read-only access to the Search Console data for your sites.
  • GitHub.When you connect it, GitHub asks you to grant its "repo" permission, which covers your repositories. We only commit files to the repository you pick, and only when you or your agent publish.
  • WordPress. We publish with an application password you create on your own site. You can revoke it there at any time.
  • Your API keys and logins. Keys and logins you add stay yours. You are responsible for the charges they run up with those providers, including usage started by your agents. You can remove them at any time.

Only connect accounts and sites you have the right to use.

6. Your content

You own what you put into Supacite, such as your business details, research and drafts, and the posts it produces for you. You give us permission to store, process and display that content only to run the service for you, which includes sending it to the AI and data providers that the features you use rely on.

We do not use your content to train AI models.

AI-written text can be wrong, generic, or similar to text written for others. Review every post before it is published. You are responsible for what you publish.

The Supacite name, site, software and methods remain ours. These terms do not give you any right to them beyond using the service.

7. Results: what we can and cannot promise

AI assistants and search engines are run by other companies. They change how they choose and cite sources without notice. So we cannot guarantee any citation, mention, ranking, traffic or sales, and neither can anyone honest.

The AI visibility checks in Supacite are snapshots of what assistants answered at the time of the check. Answers vary between runs, so treat them as a guide, not a measurement of record.

8. Acceptable use

Do not use Supacite to:

  • break the law, or publish content that is false, defamatory, deceptive, or infringes someone else's rights;
  • produce spam, or content meant to mislead search engines, AI assistants or readers;
  • connect accounts or sites you do not have the right to use;
  • get around plan limits, resell access, or overload, probe or reverse engineer the service;
  • harm other users, us, or the providers we rely on.

We may suspend access if you do any of these.

9. Services run by others

Supacite works with services run by other companies, including Google, GitHub, WordPress, AI model providers, DataForSEO and Dodo Payments. They have their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or changes. If one of them changes or stops its service, a feature that depends on it may change or stop too.

10. Changes to the service, and if we shut down

We may add, change or remove features. If we decide to stop offering Supacite, we will email you at least 30 days before it closes and give you a way to export your posts and research.

11. Your indemnity to us

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Supaciteand its partners from any third-party claim, demand, loss or expense, including reasonable legal fees, that arises from: (a) information, materials or content you provide, approve or publish; (b) your use of the service; or (c) your breach of these terms or of someone else's rights. We will tell you promptly about any such claim and let you control its defense, as long as any settlement that creates an obligation or admission for us has our written consent first.

12. Disclaimers

The service and the site are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will produce any particular business result.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Supacite is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to what you actually paid us for it, counting at most the 12 months before the claim arose. If you bought Lifetime, the limit is the price you paid for it.

14. Suspension and termination

You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, fail to pay, or use the service in a way that creates legal risk for us or harms others. If we end your access without cause, we will refund the part of any payment that covers service you did not receive.

15. Force majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including internet or hosting outages, changes made by third-party AI assistants or platforms, acts of government, or natural events.

16. Assignment

You may not transfer your agreement with us without our written consent. We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms, for example if Supacite is sold or merged, and your agreement continues with the new owner.

17. General

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. If we do not enforce a right straight away, we have not given it up. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any agreement we sign with you, are the entire agreement between us about the service.

18. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page, and we will email active customers about material changes before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

19. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by talking to us is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Sonipat, Haryana. This does not take away any protection the law of your own country gives you as a consumer.
